Kaizen Lab Jiujitsu’s Fundamentals Program is our beginner program designed to build practical self defence skills. In this program you will learn the 36 fundamental techniques based on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a specially designed rotating set of 23 classes that you can start at anytime.
Each lesson will address one standing and one ground self defence technique which are further developed through drills and training methods to really elevate your learning process. You can start the program at any time and participate in any class without previous experience.
